Nice blend of cornmeal, flour, spices salt, pepper, cayenne for a great coating on fish, onion rings, chicken. Additional Ingredients needed: Fish (or product of choice), milk, lemon.

Corn meal, flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron thiamin, mononitrate riboflaving, folic acid), paprika, Kosher salt, granulated garlic, cayenne, black papper.

Directions
You will need 1 cup milk, 2 lbs fish, 1 lemon or 2tsp. lemon juice plus oil for frying. In a large bowl, mix milk and lemon juice together, place fish in the milk mixture and allow to sit for 10 minutes or so. Place Fry Mix in shallow bowl. Remove fish fillets from milk, dredge in fish fry mix until completely covered. Heat oil in large cast iron skillet until top of oil shimmers, cook thoroughly in oil until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Drain and enjoy.
