​The MDK fly vise with an overall height of 8 inches tall and its jaw design deliveries quick repetitive tying options. So you tie more flies or lures faster with its compact but bold turret profile design. Inside its massive support shaft is a case hardened spindle press fitted to two double sealed ball bearings. Which delivers a 360 degrees rotation as fast as you can spin the four prong knob. The adjusting plate permanently attached to the jaws. Allows for you to adjust the jaws to get the hook shank in center with the spindle, for a smooth and effortless wrapping of materials around the hook shank. Combine that with our slim profile jaws that deliver a superior gripping force. Which could only be achieved by our tool steel jaws, coupled with our micro adjusting hook screw, and our cam leveler operation.
The wide 5 inch diameter turret base disperses the weight of the fly vise, so it stays stationary when you’re tying. Which could only be done because of avid outdoorsmen wanting to build a bigger better quality product than the competitors currently on the market today.
