Description
Surfstrand Copper Trolling wire is bare, 1x7 stranded copper wire that has 13% greater density than stainless steel. This line sinks more rapidly than stainless steel, and allows you to troll deeper with less line in the water. The 1x7 strand construction gives this line good flexibility and kink resistance. Many anglers report increased strike rates with the use of copper terminal tackle - believing that the positive ions in copper help to attract fish.

copper wire for salmon trolling
at this time being so late in the salmon season here in Michigan i haven't had a chance to try the trolling system with copper wire. but going by what the charter captains say it should increase my fish limit by thirty to forty percent,may have to wait till next year to find out.
