Detailed Description
A faithful rendition of the deliciously spicy sauces used in central and southern China.
Ingredients: Aged Shoyu, sake (rice wine), rice wine vinegar, evaporated cane juice, fresh garlic, fresh ginger root, chili pepper, sesame oil.
Flavor: Bold and piquant. Chili spiciness very evident but restrained and balanced.
Applications: Marinating, grilling, sautéing, stir frying, dipping/dressing, and basting. Perfect on Asian style dumplings or noodles and finishing deep fried or roasted meats, seafood, and vegetables.

This stuff is amazing!

At Down2Earth last weekend, I tasted this sauce and it was good enough to try. Then I got home and added it to my protein and green beans dinner, and it was amazing!
Not only that, but I didn't have any of the prep work involved in making the sauce myself. This is so good! I'll be getting the huge bottle next time.
